• Purchase information — your name and email address when you buy a product, processed by Polar (our payment provider). We do not store your card details.
• Email address — if you sign up to the Weekly Prompts newsletter via our subscription form, your email is stored in Brevo (our email platform) for that purpose only.
• Anonymous usage statistics — we use Vercel Web Analytics, a cookieless analytics service, to count page views and referrers. It does not use cookies and does not collect or store personal data or persistent identifiers.
• Local storage — the site stores your licence key, Focus Log, and unlocked card content in your browser's local storage. This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to us.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To fulfil your purchase and deliver licence key access to the digital product (handled by Polar).
• To send the Weekly Prompts newsletter — only if you have explicitly opted in via the newsletter form.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their marketing purposes.

3. Third-Party Services and Data Flows

We use the following third-party services, each acting as a data processor under a Data Processing Agreement with us:

• Polar (polar.sh) — processes payments and issues licence keys. Polar acts as Merchant of Record and manages payment card data independently. Polar sends your purchase confirmation and licence key directly to your email address.
• Brevo (brevo.com) — our email platform, used solely for the optional Weekly Prompts newsletter. Your email is added to Brevo only if you explicitly sign up via our newsletter form — lawful basis: consent. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email.
• Vercel — hosts this website and its serverless API functions, and provides our cookieless web analytics (aggregate page views and referrers only — no cookies, no personal data, no cross-site tracking). Standard server request logs may be retained for a short period for security and debugging purposes.

4. Cookies and Local Storage

This site does not use cookies for tracking or advertising. Our analytics (Vercel Web Analytics) is cookieless and collects only anonymous, aggregate statistics. The site uses browser local storage to save your licence key, unlocked card content, and Focus Log — all of which remain on your device only.

No cookie consent banner is required because no non-essential cookies are set.

5. Your Rights (UK & EU)

Under UK GDPR and EU GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction or deletion of your data.
• Withdraw consent for newsletter emails at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email.
• Object to processing or request restriction where applicable.
